Your Best Work Begins with Self-Care

After a tough period that tested me, I’m choosing a different kind of productivity: rest.
This week, I’m in Busan for a holiday. Travel has always been my favorite way to recharge. Seeing the world, experiencing new things, and widening my perspective.
And I share this because October is my peak month as it's World Mental Health Month. It’s the busiest time of the year for me, delivering keynotes, workshops, and coaching sessions that require me to show up with energy and clarity.
But here’s the truth:
None of us can show up fully when we’re running on empty.
Pausing is not a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of wisdom.
Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s what fuels us to give our best, both to ourselves and to others.
I always preach about self-care, mental health, and wellbeing. I walk the talk by taking this much-needed break, so I can return refreshed and ready to serve my clients at my best.
Your form of recharge may look different. What matters most is choosing what replenishes you.
✨ Remember: your best work doesn’t start from pushing harder, it starts from taking care of yourself first.
Today, I invite you to pause and reflect:
What’s one way you can recharge this week?
