When I lost all my hair, eyebrows and even eyelashes to an autoimmune condition, triggered by immense stress I didn’t manage well, it tested my resilience, self-worth, and self-esteem. I quickly picked myself up with positivity, which is why I have so much conviction to speak about the power of positivity.

Resilience isn’t about avoiding pain, but about rising stronger. In that pain, I found my purpose. That defining experience led me to embrace my calling — helping others overcome challenges and turn them into strength. I developed the C.A.R.E. framework, a science-backed approach that helps people manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate well-being so they can thrive and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
