A Win That Reminded Me Why I Do This

For me, this recognition isn’t about the trophy. This award is a reflection of the mission I’ve carried with me since leaving corporate: helping organizations balance business performance with employee experience. Because at the heart of HR, and at the heart of my work, are people.
